Tempeh Chips
Cool Beans Tempeh (5-Grain best)
Frying Oil
METHOD
- Heat up frying oil to 160 degrees 
- Slice the tempeh into 5mm strips or to your preference. 
- Place tempeh chips into the heated oil and fry for 3 minutes. Make sure the chips are not stuck together. 
- Continue frying until golden brown. 
Serve hot with flaked salt, mayonnaise, chilli flakes, lime zest and enjoy!!
